Clients retain full control of individual brokerage accounts. Pooled funds are held in designated Phoenix Capital Global accounts.

Through performance-based fees, management fees, subscriptions, and educational services.
Can I withdraw at any time?
Withdrawal terms depend on the agreed structure. Outstanding performance fees remain payable per agreement.
How are pooled investment distributions determined?
Distributions are discretionary and performance-based. Investors do not receive a direct share of portfolio profits. Full methodology is detailed in the investment agreements.
